Partying at the Zoo

As you know, my stedad came to visit this weekend. We went to the zoo (but forgot the camera. Sometime we are so brilliant). It was as exciting as I remember the zoo being when I was little(r). However, the little asain otters were adorable! They were just so cute! They did this funny little dance that they do when they mark their territory. Do you know what the do to mark their territory? They poop in a specific spot, and swish it around while do this cute little crazy dance. It was awesome! :D We saw penguins, and giraffes, and elephants, and lemurs, and most of my favorite animals. There were even these cute little birds that kept climbing all over me. Too awesome. xD

To finish off my day, we went to a place named Braums, where you can get burgers and ice cream. We came home with a tub for each of us, and I got homestyle strawberry, which is the best one for a cone (next to chocolate almond). Then, we played a card game that was originally called lucky undies, which, thanks to one of my aunts, is now referred to as 'lucky undies'. I lost over and over again! :b Thankfully, I got to have a rematch after church. It was tons of fun, but I couldn't really enjoy it because I kept stressing over the fact that he had to go. :b

Anyway, that was my craziness weekend, which, when you lay it down like this, doesn't seem that crazy at all. Oh--I forgot to mention that on Friday I went to my friends house (They are pure Indians from India) and had some awesome Indian food (eaten like a true Indian! :D With my fingers. xD) I actually braved some Tilapia fish soup (braved because I HATE sea-food), and ended up loving it. But I only tried it because I knew that Tilapia doesn't taste that bad when cooked right, but I had never had it made by Indians before, and I was worried that it would taste fishy (I dunno....sheesh. I know that stuff is mild, but....I just chickened a little, okay? xD). Anyway, it was really good. xD
