Hey, yesterday, I was listening to old sixties and such song while driving with my mom, and we were listening to "Hello, Mrs. Robinson" and we started talking about our favorite Simon and Garfunkel songs, and came to a conclusion that "The Sound of Silence" was one of their very best.
Well, this song is just pure awesomeness, so I had to share it with Thatriot. Then, I put it on in the house so that Mom could hear, and I started thinking about the curious lyrics that it has. They are craziness! So, naturally, I googled it. (Ah, Google! xD) This is what I found. Well, actually, first, listen to the song itself. I'll get one with lyrics. Hold up.

There you go. Now, here is what I found:

I always felt that, even though Garfunkel never intended it to be so, that it had some crazy deep meaning. I mean, when I write poems, I have no idea what the heck I am writing, and then they just end up so deep and every sentence has so much depth and meaning to it.
Haha, anyway, have some brain food. xD
